At Dulcie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Dulcie box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
